At Twin Valley, I began as a Marketing Campaign Coordinator and was promoted to Marketing Manager in early 2025. In both roles, I’ve been responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive measurable results. I work across departments to support sales, improve customer retention, and ensure a consistent brand experience.
Key Contributions:
- Campaign strategy & execution — plan and manage cross-channel campaigns from concept through reporting
- Creative direction — oversee in-house and agency-produced materials to maintain brand consistency and quality
- Content creation — develop messaging for email, direct mail, social, digital ads, and more
- Collaboration — partner with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing with business needs
- Analytics & reporting — track performance and refine efforts based on results and customer engagement
