At Baseline Creative, I served as a Creative Strategy Manager, leading client accounts and shaping campaigns from concept to completion. I worked closely with a range of small businesses and organizations, helping them bring thoughtful, effective marketing ideas to life through design, content, and strategy.

Key Contributions:

• Creative strategy & campaign management — guided clients through ideation, planning, and execution of cohesive campaigns
• Graphic design — created digital assets, social media graphics, email layouts, and signage
• Digital marketing — managed email marketing, website updates, content development, and performance strategy
• Content creation — wrote and edited web copy, social content, and promotional materials
• Client communication — served as a primary point of contact to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely results

Baseline gave me the opportunity to blend strategy and creativity while supporting clients with personalized, impactful marketing solutions.

As a Creative Strategy Manager, I worked with clients across a wide range of industries to understand their business, assess their marketing efforts, and identify strategic opportunities for growth. My role required curiosity, empathy, and adaptability. Every client had unique goals, and it was my job to help translate those into actionable, effective marketing strategies. I partnered with clients to develop custom campaigns, processes, and creative direction that aligned with their needs. While I collaborated with designers, developers, and writers, I also stepped in to fill gaps wherever needed and remained hands-on throughout every phase of a project. One of my favorite aspects of the work was helping clients rethink their websites and build strategies that not only looked good but also made sense for their business and helped them grow.
